Eva's German Kitchen - a Schwaben Village LLC Company

Quality food items are in high demand in the area. My wife and I have surveyed many people and restaurants in the area and have found few quality and original European restaurants. After working in Local restaurants, Eva found many locations in the area are fourth or fifth generation and have lost the originality of the European cuisine.

Eva, born and raised in Germany, has worked for many years in different European restaurants and understands the culture. Additionally, she has spent many years travelling and living in different European countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Croatia, Serbia, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary. These life experiences have given her an understanding for the quality and originality of different cultural lifestyles and cuisines.

In addition to all of this experience, Eva is a graduate, with 3 associate degrees and high honors in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Chef and Restaurant and Culinary Management.
` In May 2013 she passed the certification of the American Culinary Federation as a Sous Chef.

Fred has also lived in Europe for twenty years and has the direct experience of living in and visiting many different countries and nationalities.
