A unique, serene, private setting on 5 fenced and gated acres with towering ponderosa pines, a 1,000 sq ft deck with lounge furniture and fire pit table, dining table, bistro table. A magnificent 7' stone 3 tiered water fountain to sit and enjoy the sights by, stunning and breathtaking views all for you to enjoy.
A Home away from Home and considered more of a "Homestay" or Hostel but in upscale design and amenities!!
No traffic, a no hustle and bustle kind of place. Just the sounds of wind through the tree tops, birds chirping, a woodpecker pecking, squirrels rustling about or Thumper, the baby bunny that shows up out front every morning. You might even see a fox scurrying down the road or a herd of deer out beyond the fence line or a single doe walking elegantly through Evensong Place's magnificent pines.

Neighboring Alpaca farm visits can be arranged and is highly encouraged!!!

AMENITIES include 1 queen size bed with plush bedding and picture view window, a private, updated and modern bathroom with 2 pedestal sink for the "SWEET DREAMS" room. 2nd room, "The VILLA ROOM", has a sofa/bunk bed combo with sofa that unfolds into a full size bed, Villa Room has it's own attached bathroom and shower and gorgeous views from the picture window. A super cozy private room. Great for curling up and reading a book.
All linens and towels provided.
SWEET DREAMS room is $65.00 per night per single occupancy or $75 for double occupancy.
The VILLA ROOM is $45.00 per night single occupancy, $60 double occupancy.
**PLEASE NOTE that this is a private resident Homestay in which myself and 3 dogs reside in 100% of the time.
