Evergreen Homes is a community program that strives to provide the least restrictive and most individualized services to those with intellectual challenges. Program participants range in age from 18 years and up, with varying medical and developmental needs. We are able to address behavioral and medical issues, provide daily structure, implement goals to achieve positive outcomes, and provide an environment for developing social skills. Direct support staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, and Crisis Prevention, to name just a few. All aspects of the program are geared toward positive interactions to achieve the maximum positive results. Program participants are provided with services that best fits their needs and those services are amended and enhanced as the needs change. As a residential provider that operates around the clock every day of the year, we are involved in every aspect of the person's life. Residential homes are staffed to meet the needs of each person.
