Evergreen Real Estate Group was formed in April of 2009. It is a small real estate firm, specializing in short-sales, R.E.O (Real Estate Owned, usually referred to consumers as Bank Owned properties), residential and commercial lease, E-2 visa immigration candidates, and pre-foreclosure and foreclosure counseling.
