Celebrating 50 years, Evergreen is a Christian non-profit Life Plan Community serving older adults ages 55 and better. We are located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, nestled on a 35-acre campus which features a beautiful, natural surroundings and is bordered by our own Oak Savanna Woodlands.
