OUR MISSION:
The mission of Everhealthy Fitness is to provide our clients with health and fitness programming that promotes physical activity, healthy nutrition, and overall wellness. Services available include group fitness sessions, personal training & nutrition consultations.

We can develop an exercise program specifically for you, as well as having the knowledge, skills, and experience to help you achieve your goals. I understand different people enjoy different activities and as a trainer I have made my goal over the years to gain experience in many types of training styles including, strength training, core training, conditioning, flexibility, boxing and boot camps.

TRAINING SESSION:
All sessions of a personal training package will be one hour in length and may include a variety of:
• strength training
• cardiovascular activities
• flexibility training
• balance
• agility
All scheduling will be done between trainer and client to ensure training sessions will be held at the convenience of the client and trainer. Frequency of training is at client discretion.

BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING:
This training allows you and one other friend to workout together for one-hour training sessions. Not only do you save money but you can can motivate each other to reach your fitness goals. Buddy training is an easy way for both you and your friend to track fitness progress while having fun during your workout.

• Buddy training sessions are between 2 - 5 people
• Nutrution analysis is not available with buddy training and must be purchased individually.
• Clients may purchase a buddy fitness assessment at any time.
• Each buddy training client will meet individually with a trainer for a one-hour fitness assessment prior to first buddy training session.
