Evolution nutrition & fitness studio LLC

This is a studio with a personal touch. Everyone who walks in the door will receive a nutrition screening, fitness assessment and a body composition test. You will be tracked every 3 months by a registered and licensed dietitian. All fitness classes and personal training sessions are performed by NCCA- accredited instructors to assure you are getting the safest and most effective workout! Fitness classes include Group cycling with brand new Star Trac Spinning Bikes all equipped with computers to track your performance during your ride and state of the art TRX classes to keep that body, down to the core, as strong as possible. Nutrition consultations, group classes and seminars are available to teach you how to encorporate proper nutrition into your diet to help you reach your goals. Personal training including group training sessions are also available if you want to get an individual tailored workout to push your body to new limits.
