Evolution Power Yoga, York

Our Certified Instructors are the heart of the Evolution Community. In addition to the Certifications they have earned, ongoing training is provided to each member of our staff.

Lisa Taylor, an advanced instructor with over 5,000 training hours, founded Evolution in 2001. The studio has since changed locations, grown and evolved, but our focus and mission has remained the same. To lead and empower individuals into the greatest versions of themselves, both on and off the mat. Evolution welcomes everyone, committed to creating an engaging, welcoming, and uplifting community.

We are a Baptiste Affiliate Studio, specializing in Vinyasa Yoga. Classes range from 1 hour, 1 hr 15 min, and 1.5 hours. Our regularly scheduled vinyasa classes are practiced in a studio that is heated to 90 degress.

We also offer Basics Classes, Chair Yoga (non-heated), and Restorative Yoga (non-heated). Please visit our website for our current class schedule and upcoming events.
