Excelsior Computer Repair is Muskegon's first pick-up and delivery computer repair service! We'll come to you, pick up any computers that are in need of servicing, take them back and diagnose them, all for free!

If you don't want them picked up, or don't want to drop them off; we also have very competitive in-home hourly rates to suit your needs!

Most diagnosis are done within 24 hours, and no work is ever completed without the customer's express approval. Once all work is completed, computers are promptly delivered at the customer's convenience!

Don't want it picked up and dropped off? Come out and drop it off, and we'll gladly offer the same reliable and quality service.

Built on a foundation of honesty and integrity, we'll never perform jobs we cannot do properly. If we are not able to complete the job, not only do you not pay, we'll find you someone who can. We want to make sure your work is done properly and efficiently.

We'll never charge a diagnostic fee. Determining your issue should not milk your wallet, and we firmly believe diagnostic fees are predatory in the computer repair business.

If the manufacturer will fix a problem; we'll never let you pay for it. When we know the manufacturer will fix a problem; we'll guide you through the proper steps to contact them and make it as painless as possible! Why pay when it's covered?

We'll try our best to make sure turnaround time on your repair is fast, and painless. We know how valuable your equipment is, as it's valuable to us.
