You will be notified of your estimated delivery date once you're ready to check out, and once payment is made and items have been shipped we will always provide you with a tracking #. I love knowing when my shipments are coming in, I'm sure you do as well. Some items being in stock of course can be delivered in shorter time. Also, there are no refunds but we'll do our best to grab all customers satisfaction within every purchase from eXtreme Acessories!
