Dr. Edward Haack is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry, and a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association. Dr. Haack has enjoyed seeing patients in Larkspur since 2002, and is happy to welcome you to his new office on Magnolia Avenue.

Dr. Haack lives in Larkspur with his wife and two daughters. He and his family are members of the Marin Chinese Cultural Association and the Dolphin South End Running Club.
