Faith United Church of Christ is a progressive, inclusive and vital spiritual community that follows the Jesus Way of love, justice and compassion in the world. At Faith UCC, we are ‘Open and Affirming,’ meaning our inclusivity knows no bounds. When we say ‘all are welcome’ – we mean it with all our being, regardless of one’s race, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic status, cultural background or any other categories the world at large uses to separate. Here at Faith UCC, we are all beloved tapestries of art, created by this mystery we call ‘God.’ We seek to live our lives in accordance with the beauty of that divine mystery that lies at the heart of each one of us. As a theologically progressive spiritual community, we are not mired in beliefs ‘IN’ God but oriented rather towards the experience ‘OF’ God. We are steeped in mysticism, awe and wonder – and strive to manifest the compassionate way of Jesus in all we do and are.
