Many of us long for support in navigating the challenges of family life but it is not always clear where to turn. That is why we created the Family Awareness Project - To meet the needs of each individual in the Family while raising the level of awareness for the entire family.

Connection between family members can be difficult to maintain in a fast past technologically driven culture. We are focused on cultivating the art of present moment experience in our lives in order to bring us closer as families. At The Family Awareness Project - Connect. Accept. Renew.- is the foundation on which we design all of our offerings.

Connect: First with ourselves to understand what we are feeling and how we might be triggered in any given moment. Next, we connect outward towards our family members to better understand their personal experience in the family.

Accept: Enter into the present moment and accept our experience even if we don’t like it. Change comes from first accepting things as they are, getting curious, and finding creative solutions that offer a win-win for everyone.

Renew: Always moving forward with greater awareness, understanding, lightness, and humor. Hope, connection, and greater ease can always be restored in your family.
