We are a Health team taking care of people in Lakeland and Dade City for over 30 years.

We offer on our clinic Annual physicals, regular health care follow ups, weight loss, travel medicine, allergies, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, bronchial asthma, COPD, Acne , thyroid problems . We also provide acute care: acute bronchitis, Flu, diarrhea, urinary infections, sinus problems.

Family Medical Center is proud to introduce to the community our new and innovated Weight Loss Plan. We think that keeping a healthy weight is the clue to keep a healthy system. Many people are diabetic or have blood pressure issues secondary to their weight.
