Farrow Place Apartments

Farrow Place is an apartment complex designed for persons who are 62 years of age or older and/or handicapped/mobility impaired, age 18 or older. Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, our modern apartment buildings were constructed with the assistance of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Senior facilities such as Farrow Place have been attractive additions to their communities and popular residences for those who may otherwise have difficulty in obtaining appropriate living situations. Farrow Place is a garden-style apartment community with 33 one-bedroom apartments and 12 efficiency-style apartments. Each has a carpeted bedroom and living areas as well as tiled kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Each unit is self-contained; therefore, there is no central dining facility. Residents pay their own telephone and cable services. Electric, water/sewer, and garbage services are included in the rent.
The amount of rent paid by an eligible resident is determined by his or her income. Tenants will pay 30% of their adjusted gross income after taking into consideration any medical expenses paid out-of-pocket.
