Fast and Fit offers women's self defense classes, cooking classes, health seminars, clothing exchanges, and meditation classes that target our inner self as women and workout our "mind and soul" as well as BODY! We have recently incorporated a Formal Dress Exchange closet open year round to all women of all ages and sizes. You can bring a dress to exchange for a dress or have the option to rent one with a refundable deposit.

We also have a certified personal trainer available for personal or group sessions. Group Sessions receive a discount. We offer student discounts and have a referral program.
