Hello! My name is Heather Fleishell. I am a graduate from Frostburg State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, and two CPT certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and SmartFitness University, as well as certifications in performance enhancement (NASM) and kettle bell training (HKC). My diverse training allows me to build individualized programs for each of my clients, in order to help them reach their own unique fitness goals.

As a collegiate athlete for 4 years at Frostburg State University, I developed the leadership and motivational skills needed to help people reach their own fitness goals. seeing the effect a well-planned training regimen had on myself and my teammates cemented my belief in the positive effects of personal training, and helped me decide to specialize in performance enhancement.

I work hard to provide my clients opportunities to live a healthier and happier lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. Everyone's needs are completely individualized and a proper evaluation will give me the tools I need to help you feel the best you can!
