The Fatback Pig Project located in Eva, Alabama is an endeavor that puts Alabama small hog farmers back in business. The result of the careful breeding of Duroc, Berkshire, Mangalista, and Yorkshire animals,our heritage line of pork features a fat marbling with extra tender and juicy meat.
By processing in Eva, Alabama, the project puts Alabamians back to work and provides St. Louis Ribs, 10 bone center cut loins, picnics, Boston butts, pork bellies and other delicious cuts of meat to white tablecloth restaurants around the Southeast.
