Father McGivney Catholic High School opened it's doors in the Fall of 2012 with a freshman class of 19 students. We have added additional classes and enrollment has reached 165 students and keeps growing.
Technology is integrated into everyday instruction, we are a laptop school. Each student is issued a laptop upon entrance to our school and all of our textbooks are online. When the student graduates from McGivney, they get to take that laptop to college. The only book our students carry is the Bible!
Fundraising for our permanent location began in the Fall of 2013 and we raised over $5 million. The groundbreaking for the facility at the corner of Old Troy Road and Bouse Road in Glen Carbon occurred in September of 2014 and construction of the facility occurred over the next year. Our permanent campus opened in August of 2015 with all four classes being enrolled now.
