We specialize in Strength and Conditioning training for combat athletes looking to take their game to the next level, everything from BJJ to MMA. If you think you got it all figured out, you probably don't. So get with the program. We got our start here in Knoxville through our great friends at KMAA and have handled the S&C for mma stars such as Ovince Saint Preux "OSP," Jason King "the asian persuasion," and the list keeps growing. Do you have to be a fighter to participate? No, you do not, but you will need the heart of one - this program is not for everybody. We push the WTF limits, so some folks will need to sit this one out . . . I'm just sayin. We currently have four certified personal trainers/MMA S&C coaches.
