* Meet the Coaches *

Boys: Megan Ream megan.ream@franklin.k12.ga.us

Megan Ream of Lavonia, Georgia, will begin her second season of coaching soccer at Franklin County Middle School. She attended FCMS and graduated from FCHS in 2009 in which she also participated in the soccer program in 2008 and 2009.

She then furthered her education by attending Emmanuel College on a soccer scholarship and completed a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education in May of 2014. After graduation, an opportunity for her to take a paraprofessional position at FCMS became available and she began in September of 2014. Upon taking the job she was also offered the Head Girls’ coaching position for soccer. She took the team from a previous record of 1-8 to 3-6 with one of the wins being a play-off game.

This year, Coach Ream will be coaching the boys and she is excited about the upcoming season!

Breanna Grizzle of Royston, Georgia graduated from Franklin County High School in 2011 where she also played four years of soccer for the varsity team. After high school she attended Emmanuel College where she played soccer as a goalkeeper and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in December of 2015. Coach Grizzle states she is so excited to be able to coach at the middle school this year and looks forward to seeing both teams accomplish their goals!
