Feather Yoga Studio

Offers small group yoga classes (5 students/class), private instruction, workshops and yoga-at-work programs. Class style is traditional Hatha yoga with an Iyengar influence. Emphasis is on building strength and flexibility through alignment of the body in different yoga postures. While working in the physical postures, students work on mind body awareness and stress reduction. All classes are taught by an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT).
The studio is fully equipped with blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, sandbags and chairs, allowing all levels to participate in classes. We look forward to working with you!
