PM Sessions:
4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm
NO 6:15pm on Friday
Saturday:
7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am
*Workouts are 30 minutes with 5 minutes of demos and 5 minutes of stretching. Hours of operation are during session times ONLY.
