We are a small farm that produces quality products in a way that promotes sustainability, animal welfare, and conservation. We follow the same ecologically sound practices implemented by Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms in Virginia.
We currently produce poultry, pork, and eggs on pasture in addition to 100% grass-fed "salad bar" lamb. Our livestock and laying hens are all heritage breeds including our flock of critically endangered Gulf Coast Native sheep.
We raise our animals naturally, all of our products are free of antibiotics, steroids, artificial hormones, and any other drugs.
