Come and see where Dick & Dixie draw their inspiration, hold classes & events, as well as create and offer their artworks for sale. Visits are by appointment only, so please call or email ahead of time to see us.

As an artist, Dixie Ferrer has always embraced nature and the tactile elements it offers, and an ethereal interpretation of the "Spirit of Life" is evident in her work. Traditional oils, mixed media collage paintings, and figurative sculpture are all used to communicate her passion.

Dick Ferrer’s fine art acrylic painting technique combines strong brush strokes with dramatic composition and value lends itself to plein-aire renderings of his beloved Brown County. Of the latter he focuses on vanishing landmarks or barns, structures and homes of artists who have passed on. He offers commissions of pets and animals, buildings, and portraits of your choosing.


Dick & Dixie teach their plein-aire and mixed media techniques to children and adults in their studio or a location of choice. They get joy out of facilitating others in reclaiming their creativity through a variety of "artful" exercises. Individual or group classes may be scheduled.
