I help runners and working mothers who face stress, health and nutritional challenges by providing tools that will improve their bodies and confidence. Through strength, cardio, and nutritional training online or in person at the most affordable prices in town, my clients learn how to overcome their obstacles and become not only stronger but more confident. My small private studio provides a nonjudgmental environment that allows you to concentrate on your goals without the feeling of being watched.
