We believe we can positively impact the lives of those we interact with. Our guests, our associates, and our communities should be better each time we interact with them. Whether serving a new guest visiting our store for the first time, or a loyal guest speaking with their favorite cashier, we have our mission of service in mind. Whether interviewing an associate who's looking for their first job, or coaching the dedicated professional building a career with us, we have our mission in mind. That service mindset is also our front and center when we're speaking to community leaders looking for financial support for their organizations or we're watching kids enjoying fireworks on the Fourth of July with their families.

To develop a team of associates dedicated to providing our guests with a clean store, friendly people, quality products, and an enjoyable shopping experience for "not a lotta money."

We also are committed to constantly improving our existing stores, and bringing the Festival Boomerang experience to more communities because of our passion to serve others. As a result, we have the following Vision Statement.
