The Space

The room offers a microwave and coffee pot, a claw-foot bathtub, a comfy recliner with reading lamp and table just for two. Our home includes a Queen size bed and a bed for your pet as well. Also available for your pleasure is a fully fenced yard for enjoying the outdoors with outdoor seating as well as a place for your pets to safely run and play.

Guest Access

The room is in a separate, single-story out-building with a private keyed entrance and no stairs to climb. The driveway is shared with the owner. There is an 8' jacuzzi available for your private use, but is accessible from both residences.

Interaction with Guests

We live on the property and work full-time away from the home. We are happy to help our guests with their requests as we are available.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a vineyard that backs up to our backyard. All of the Amador County wineries are no more than 10-15 minutes and an easy drive away. El Dorado County wineries are 20-30 minutes, but also an easy drive. There are several antique stores in the close-by hamlets of Sutter Creek and Jackson. There are some excellent restaurants for your dining pleasure as well as some that will prepare a take-out lunch for your day trip. Water recreation is available at many nearby lakes. Hiking and beautiful walks are easily accessible as well. We're about 45-60 minutes from Kirkwood, 30-40 minutes from Placerville, 45-60 minutes from Hope Valley.
