All of our classes and personal training sessions are lead by Certified Seniors' Fitness Instructors and Kinesiology graduates.
Fifty 5 Fitness is a place of exercise where no one feels intimidated, overwhelmed or out of place. Clients come in at their own fitness level, and with our Instructors help, they work towards their personal goals.
