We are proud to provide the greater Madison area with quality training for mixed martial arts competition and street-proven self-defense. Our team pulls from a wide range of experience in combative arts, ranging from traditional Shaolin and Judo to modern no-gi Brazilian Jiujitsu and Krav Maga. We have had the privilege of working with various members of the armed forces and members of the police to supplement their combat training, and are active in combating the growing problem of school bullying with our local school systems.

We stand by our quality, and won't try to lock you into a contract you can't back out of. We don’t have hidden enrollment fees or ‘test fees’ to inflate our prices. In fact, we charge a standard rate of less than HALF of what others schools in the area charge, and provide only battle tested, reality based techniques that are proven to work on a bigger stronger attacker who is actively resisting.

We also offer a family package so that the entire family can train together without breaking the bank.

You won’t see nine year old black belts or brick breaking parlor tricks; we are a serious school and only train techniques you need to survive in a real life combat situation. Any martial art can help with fitness or build confidence, but without the proper techniques to back up that confidence it is only fear management, not danger management. The vast majority of all fights end up on the ground and unfortunately most martial arts are in denial of this and still teach an ineffective, kick-centric style of fighting intended for tournament point fighting rather than real self-defense. Our school focuses heavily on ground fighting and we are active in the area’s Submission-Only competitions.

We are networked with other top-shelf gyms in the area, and trade seminars with their instructors. These gyms include MMA Fit Club in Indianapolis, home of 10th Planet Jiujitsu Indy, and Fight Science Gym of Lafayette, who recently cornered our fighter Jessica in her cage debut.

Upon request, we also provide Women's Self Defense training so that you can be confident in your ability to defend yourself from a bigger, stronger attacker!
