FightFit® is the seamless fusion of cardio and resistance training. It’s modeled after the same exercises and programs used by the world’s top mixed martial artists—some of the fittest pound-for-pound athletes in the world. But don’t let the name scare you. Each day of the week offers a different workout to keep the body functioning at optimal levels and ward off the death of all exercise programs – monotony. FightFit® is fun, fast, efficient and uses the whole body. Workouts are high intensity, short duration, always varied, and measurable and quantifiable –allowing clients to track their progress and reach their fitness goals.
