Filling Homes' identity is centered on the basis that Jesus Christ has exhorted us to love and care for others - especially those who are incapable of caring for themselves. We are an expression of the Church and recognized as a social ministry. We are a corporation whose goal is not to return a profit for shareholders but to increase our value to those we serve - consistently reinvesting surplus income to improve service quality. We must be effective advocates to insure those we serve are able to live full healthy lives in a comfortable, homelike environment in the most independent means possible. We recognize that individuals with developmental disabilities have the right to make choices and decisions, which affect their lives as well as the right to participate as full members of the community. As a result, we seek to encourage, value and support implementing these choices by providing residential and support services designed to promote community awareness and acceptance of all its members.
