Fiorella Italian Restaurant

Originally from Naples, Italy, Franco Guardascione migrated to the US in the 1980’s. Seeing as how he came from a family of nine siblings, food played an important part in his life. Franco settled in Long Island and working with Umberto’s Pizza and Restaurant in Patchogue broadened his skills as a chef.

In 1992 Franco and his wife Fiorella, along with their two sons, Jack and Franco Jr., moved to Boca Raton where Franco had been a chef for Renzo’s of Boca for 14 years. Fiorella, also in the food business with Cheney Brothers (CBI), the largest independent food distributor in Florida, as a consultant and sales representative for 10 years to the food industry, specifically restaurants, added a great front of the house expertise along with those of her husband, a great Italian chef. Now Franco and Fiorella have united to bring the best in Italian cuisine and home style atmosphere to Fiorella, a unique Italian dining experience. We welcome you to enjoy a taste of our culture.
