Fired Up 5k-Bethel Lutheran School

This event is designed for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, from serious runners to whole families. It will be a morning of fun and fellowship, with all finishers treated to coffee, cocoa and lattes courtesy of Eli's Coffee Shop! All funds raised through this event will be used to enhance the learning experiences of the students at Bethel Lutheran School.

(1) Timed 1-mile race: for a small additional fee, your 1-mile run will be timed, and awards will be given to top male and female runners in age categories for those aged 14 and under
(2) Be a Sparkie Spirit Runner: Non-local friends, family and runners of all ages can support our race by running or walking where they live. Sign up to be a Sparkie Spirit Runner and run or walk right where you live on March 21. We will send you a t-shirt and a coffee mug in the mail!

Start time: 9:00 am for both races
Location: Bethel Lutheran School, 325 East Queenwood Rd., Morton

Entry fee:
$35 for the 5k
$25 for the 1-mile fun run/walk (with a small additional fee to be timed)
$35 to be a Sparkie Spirit Runner (NEW!)

All participants will receive a travel mug which can be filled with hot chocolate, coffee or latte at Bethel Lutheran School after the race and a t-shirt (guaranteed if you sign up by 3/6/17!).

Shirt sizes:
Adult: S, M, L, XL, XXL
Youth: XS (2-4), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16)

You can pick up your packet at Bethel Lutheran School on March 24th from 5-7 pm or March 21st from 7:30 am until race time. Other packet pick-up dates and times may be announced.
