Firefighter Throwdown

The Future of Firefighter Fitness! The Firefighter Throwdown was created to allow fit, enthusiastic and competitive firefighters the opportunity to compete on a national level in the Sport of Fitness.

Our goal is to provide firefighter athletes with an avenue to showcase their skills and fitness levels no matter the athlete’s age, sex or geographic location.

The new age of firefighting is upon us. The pillars of the Firefighter Throwdown are health, nutrition, wellness and exercise as it relates to safety, job performance, and quality of life. This commitment, in turn, helps to save lives by providing the profession with the leanest, meanest, performance based firefighters the country has ever seen.

Four diverse, torturous WODs, have been developed. This event is NOT for the uninitiated, the weak or soft. This is guts and glory!
