Firewind Ministries Kid Connection

Melissa White, daughter of Mike and Marigold Cheshier, was called into the ministry at a very young age. In fact, she held her first children’s revival at the age of ten during one of her parent’s crusades. She took her first children’s pastor position while attending Central Bible College. Melissa’s love of people and her passion for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ has opened doors for her to minister in 18 different countries on three continents in all types of ministry. She has held positions of youth pastor, children’s pastor, and evangelist, in addition to being the Youth and Children’s Ministry Coordinator of AFCENT International Chapel – NATO in the Netherlands. Even though her unique testimony has given her opportunity to minister to people from all walks of life and of all ages, she feels especially called to children. She has conducted conferences for effective children’s ministry for Compassion International – Kenya and the International Christian Assembly in Bangkok, Thailand. She has also taught seminars at CBC and held children’s ministry workshops across the United States. She has a real passion for teaching small churches how to use their resources, however limited, to create an effective and relevant children’s ministry program.

Melissa is married to CPT Adam J. White, PA-C and has two handsome identical twin sons, Michael and Maurice. They are very much involved in Melissa’s ministry and without them, and their support, her ministry would not be nearly as effective. God has performed many miracles in Melissa’s life to bring her to this place and time. Her heart’s prayer is that God will be glorified in everything she does and says.
