First Baptist Church - Bloomfield,IA

First Baptist church, organized in 1849, existed and continues to exist solely for the glory of God. In the past 166 years there have been a multitude of people who have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and grew in the things of God. As written in the early history of the church; “This church preaches Bible theology, Christian Conversion, and Holy living. Its influence in molding religious convictions in people in the early days cannot be measured.”

We endeavor to Glorify God in every aspect of our lives.
We effort to Grow in the Word of God by offering & participating in sound doctrinal Bible Study.
We encourage one another by Gathering Together for weekly services, Bible study, & Christian fellowship.
We equip all to intentionally share the Gospel message of Jesus Christ’s death, burial, resurrection, and imminent return.
