First Choice Physical Therapy

Founded in May 2002 by Dr. Wade M. Rinehart, First Choice Physical Therapy has thrived on the basis that patient's deserve the utmost attention and greatest personal care available to them. Starting in a small office on Highway 77 with one therapist and a secretary, First Choice has grown over the past 10 years, as well as moved to a new location; but the personalized care and touch has remained the same. Now with two locations, one in town, and one on the beach, First Choice is fully equipped and fully staffed with sixteen employees all devoted to creating an atmosphere that allows you to heal and grow stronger with every visit.

MVP:
A division of First Choice Physical Therapy, MVP is a sports enhancement program run by Brent Holtgrewe, B.Sc, ATC-L, PES. The ultimate goal of this program is to develop the next generation of athletes, pushing him/her to their limits, while instilling good nutritional habits, proper stretching techniques, and developing overall greatness on and off the field.
