First Congregational Church of Stoughton, United Church of Christ

We invite you to worship with us Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.

Children start off at worship in the sanctuary, and then go to their classrooms part way through the service, after “A Time for All.”

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month. All are welcome to partake in the sacrament, including children of all ages.

Nursery care is available for children up through age 4 from 9:45 to 11:15 am between September and June.

Everyone is invited to Coffee Hour in the Fellowship Hall immediately following worship.

We offers ministries and programs for all ages and interests, including musical choirs and Christian education/spiritual formation opportunities for all ages: small group ministries, adult bible studies, “Faith 4 Life” and youth group for teens, and Sunday School for children.

We support a number of local, national, and international outreach ministries such as Habitat for Humanity, the Walk for Hunger, and Church World Service. We also perform pastoral outreach through our Prayer Shawl Ministry and Caring Committee.

Fellowship activities include weekday suppers, our annual Holiday Fair, men’s and women’s groups, and of course, Coffee Fellowship after Sunday worship!

Living in openness to the Voice of the Still Speaking God, and following the Greatest Commandment of Jesus Christ to love God and neighbor, we extend an extravagant welcome to all persons regardless of age, race, nationality, ethnicity, faith background, marital status, family structure, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, socio-economic status, physical or mental ability, or any other difference that might otherwise separate us from one another within the family of God.
