At First Day Fitness, we believe the greatest wealth in your life is your health. Most want better health, but put up a wall of excuses and allow themselves to remain content in their current rut. Sometimes people will say they want to ‘have fun,’ ‘live a little,’ ‘enjoy life,’ etc. but it seems that most of people were trained, at an early age, to enjoy food for its taste rather than its nutritional value and that just leads us down the same destructive path of poor nutritional habits passed on from our parents, how learned it from their parents. The effects of depleted nutrients in our food choices may not be evident when you are young, but as you age your body slowly breaks down and sets you up for disaster in the form of disease, slowed metabolism, doctor visits, doctor bills, displeasure in your appearance, lack of energy, weight gain, yo-yo diets and overall discontent. We have a passion for helping, motivating, inspiring, coaching and training you with intentions of improving your quality of life through education and implementation of proper exercise and nutrition.
