First Realty of LaGrange, Inc. is owned and operated locally by a lifetime resident of Troup County. Jerry Johnson has more than 35 years of real estate experience in the LaGrange-Troup county area. After graduating from the University of Georgia, he returned to his hometown to pursue a life full of success near friends and family. In 1984, he established First Realty of LaGrange. He has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for 31 years and is a Life Member of Troup County Board of Realtors.
Jerry’s team is made of the best realtors and staff in the area. Associate Broker and Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club Honoree, Denise Brown, is a hard-working, long-standing member of our team. One of our highest producers, A West Point Resident, Julie Owen came to be a team member in 2007, and can help you in the LaGrange and surrounding counties, including Chambers and Randolph counties in Alabama. A team member since 1985, Janice Burns, is one of the kindest ladies you will ever run in to and with her experience she is ready to help you with all of your real estate needs. A retired nurse, Bettye Patterson, has been with First Realty for 6 years. Our resident master gardener, Chuck Brazell treats his clients as good as gold. You may recognize Robert Cameron as a local little league coach; he has several years of experience as a sales associate and has been on our team since 1997. Monica Terry and Tania Griffin are the two newest members of the First Realty Team. Tracy Smith is the sweet, helpful voice on the other end when you call the office and the smiling face when you enter our office. Emily Johnson is the glue holding the office together from behind the scenes. Finally, Ashley has a passion for education, photography, and real estate investment; combining her passions can teach you the ends and outs of becoming a real estate investor or market your home for a quick sale.
