I will mostly post pictures of component/system failures and repairs to show our vast ability to repair any part of emergency vehicles.
First Vehicle Services specializes in fleet preventative maintenance and any kind of repair, fabrication, installation, upfit, modification etc. We can change a tire or hunt down and repair a complex electrical gremlin.
Shop Hours are 0700-1530 Monday-Friday, & we observe the Loudoun County government Holiday Schedule.
Our ASE/EVT Certified Technicians are local, and we are available 24/7 for emergency repairs.
Our most common services include (but not limited to):
-Scheduled Preventative Maintenance (we can tell you when your vehicle is due for service and how often)
-Tire repair/replacement
-General repairs such as lights, sirens and other emergency accessories
-Annual NFPA Tests to include: Low Voltage System, Line Voltage Systems, Water Pump, Foam System, Road & Weight Test, etc
-Aerial Maintenance, annual testing, and repairs
-Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting and Repair (my favorite)
-Chassis, steering, suspension
-Fabrication and modification to accommodate growth, changes or new SOP's in your department
-Upgrades to your vehicle such as replacing quartz lights with super bright LED's that use a fraction of the power.
