Fish Camp

Fish Camp in Roswell, Ga is a casual, relaxed restaurant serving the freshest seafood in town. We travel by car to the Gulf each week to purchase fish, shrimp & crab from several fishermen from Bayou LeBatre to Appalachicola. then bring the seafood back to Fish Camp! Our seafood is never frozen...in fact, there isn't even a freezer on the premise!
The menu changes each week depending on what we bring back from the Gulf. Each entree is cut & prepared when ordered, so you can see your fish before, during and after it is cooked!
All of the side items are prepared fresh, in-house every day- the potatoes are cut for fries, the cabbage & carrots cut for coleslaw, the potatoes are baked for potato salad. The dressings and sauces are made fresh daily, as well - cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, coleslaw dressing, potato salad dressing, hushpuppy mix...and all from scratch!
