Hi! My name is Lori Denault, the owner and fitness coach at Fit Ambition. I am here to work alongside you and help you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself. This can be achieved through the following services that I offer:

Get Trained by an Experienced Fitness Coach

I am an insured and experienced fitness trainer with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009. Along with being a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I have recently worked as a fitness director for several gyms. There, I was tasked to manage the personal trainers and functions of the gym. These professional experiences have also allowed me to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to senior citizens.
A Passion for Fitness
Since 2008, I have lived my life teaching others how to live a healthier lifestyle. I am passionate about getting the word out to families and individuals about the positive effects of healthy eating and exercise.
There is no greater reward for me than to learn that I have helped someone achieve other fitness goals and defy their limits. This is why I’ve decided to establish Fit Ambition—to reach out to more people throughout Essex County in MA.
