Elizabeth and Laura welcome you to Fit Fresh Foods!

We both earned our degrees in the nutrition sciences and have worked together as research nutritionists, nutrition coaches, and phlebotomists at Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center for four years. Most importantly, we both are moms, wives, and full time workers ourselves, and we know it is not always easy or convenient to have fresh, well prepared meals that meet your fitness and nutritional goals.

Our vision is to serve our clientele with delicious, fresh food for a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Our mission is to provide our clients with customized meals designed for weight loss and weight maintenance and for people who simply desire a convenient way to eat healthier, well-prepared food.

Our services include shopping, cooking, preparing, and providing a pick up location for your meal choices. We use our expertise as nutritionist to extend our services in ways that let you know exactly what is going into your body. We weigh out all portions, provide the calorie counts, and include the macronutrient information for each meal.
