Our Bootcamp Program helps people lose weight and get in great shape.
Workouts are full-body strength-training workouts that last 45 minutes and are suited for all fitness levels, starting from beginner to advanced. There are modifications for joint issues. Our typical client is looking to lose between 20 to 50 pounds, and they are all ages, shapes, and sizes.
Meal plans, a cardiovascular routine, a coaching session/orientation, and monthly assessments are included with the program.
