FIT with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) was founded in March of 2014 by Ponte Vedra, Florida resident, Kristina McManus. How do you get FIT with HIIT? It's quite simple, 30 minutes a day on the Da Vinci BodyBoard. That's it...30 minutes.

The Da Vinci BodyBoard is ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) approved in the fitness industry and has been featured on many shows such as the TODAY Show, the Hallmark Channel and more. Many celebrity trainers have taken on this training and have replaced their regular training regimens to follow suit of the Da Vinci BodyBoard. Are you ready to try it? If so, RESERVATIONS are needed, be sure to log into Mind Body and reserve your board. New clients have a 1/2 OFF discount for your first class. Once a board has been reserved, a 12 HOUR NOTICE is necessary for cancellation. A minimum of 3 boards need to be reserved in order for a class to take place.
