My name is Mandy Nelson, and this is my mission!

I believe that every woman can live an empowered, free life!

I believe that when women live free, they are a force to be reckoned with.

In my opinion, a free woman is a woman who taps into your own unique beauty, who is so grounded in who she is that she is able to be vulnerable, real, and give of her gifts to others with out needing anything in return.

A free woman has the ability to overcome patterns of addiction. She is free to learn from herself and what works best for her, so she no longer needs to rely on diets, the newest and greatest exercise programs. She has figured out how to use her body in practical ways, and because she believes she has value, she takes care of her whole body, mind, and soul!

I have had my own messy journey to learn to live free, and I believe that living free is the foundation for every health decision we can make in our lives!

Because this is my mission, I have made it my goal to create programs that inspire, challenge, and guide women in every aspect of health.

The Cubicle Cure is the first of many programs to come. In this program, I make the first step to living a healthy and empowered life so simple that is crazy! In this program, you will learn how to overcome movement patterns that are setting you up to have pain and injury. You will learn how to tune in to what your body is doing in the day as well as be provided with very practical tools to inspire movement throughout your day!

Moving more and moving well is the foundation for exercise whatever that may be!
