Fit-Yoga

Fit-Yoga operates within the Springfield Wellness Center and is led by Francy Cobern. Her training has included Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Chair Yoga with attention to alignment and individual needs and accessibility. She has taught a wide variety of students from beginners to advanced. She strives to tailor her classes to specific needs, especially those of baby boomers. Her recent studies at Soul of Yoga, in Encinitas, CA, have equipped her with additional skills to assist students with special needs, such as recovery from joint replacement or issues of degenerative diseases.
