Functional fitness isn’t just about seeing results — it’s about conditioning your body to function correctly during day-to-day activities, whether that means lifting your kids, chopping wood or carrying a laundry basket up a set of stairs. It will also contribute to a healthier body, using safe and effective equipment/methods that your neighborhood gym won’t have.

FIT36® circuits will change on a daily basis, alternating ‘Pushing’ / ‘Pulling’ exercises and on a bi-weekly basis of a set of completely different exercises — keeping it interesting and improving effectiveness.

People of every fitness level can participate in FIT36® sessions and reap the benefits. Everyone is encouraged to reach their own level of “High Intensity” and every exercise can be adjusted to accommodate one’s personal ability.
